Cancellation Policy
Participants have the right to cancel this booking within 14 calendar days without reason (credit processed via Mollie).
Failure to cancel within this 14-day period will result in a no-show fee, regardless of the reason for absence, including illness/force majeure. (No-show = no refund of training fees).
Lanette Medical reserves the right to cancel the training without liability if fewer than 4 participants register or in case of illness, up to 2 hours before the start of the training.
